1. Return Policy
We DO NOT accept returns unless:
- The product is received broken, damaged, or leaking before delivery.
Mandatory Requirement for Return Approval:
You must provide:
✔ Full uncut video recording of the package opening process
(from the moment you receive the parcel to the moment the product is fully opened).
Without a proper video, no return or replacement will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following cases:
- Damaged / broken / leaked product received
- Wrong product delivered
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification of:
- Opening video
- Damage evidence
- Order details
Refund method: same method used for original payment.
3. Replacement Policy
If stock is available, we will offer a free replacement instead of refund.
Shipping for the replacement is covered by Vedic Rasoi ( Shivaansh Overseas ).
